I actually got high salary in different company. I got around 60 percent hike. The responsibilities and exposure here in my current company is better. Should i quit or stay?

I have two brains here, let me keep both perspectives you can decide. If i have this offer, and if money is really required for me at this point i will chose it. Considering i am getting 60 percent hike, and though i might not have great exposure like in current company. I believe i will still learn something there. Some responsibilities i learned here and rest i will learn there. If you are getting more free time here you might not get there, but again you will be there may be for next two years and you can switch again. At the end of the day, we have to earn some money when we are capable and get better life. Let me keep different perspective: In corporate culture getting a job where everything goes well is really difficult, i am actually saying from my experience. If you are learning well here, and if you do not have much need of money then i will suggest you to be here. Because you have growth, you have fun only thing which you do not have is money and if money is not that important to you then be here. At the end of the day, you will spend most of your time in office, make sure you are happy. I know i certainly kept you in confusion by saying both ends, but yes decision is yours at the end of the day based on your priorities chose good decision. If i be in your place, for me money is very imp and needed so i will chose to leave, if that company is really that bad and exposure is very less, then i will switch again. Hope its helpful.
